The purchase of used baby equipment is risky, even if it's only been used for a short period of time. That's because, unlike new products, pushchairs and buggies (your domain name) secondhand goods don't have to be registered with the Consumer Product Safety Commission. There's no way to determine the reason for recalls. Recalls can happen for various reasons, such as mistakes in design or a failure of a manufacturer to meet federal standards. You can register on a stroller to receive notifications of any recalls.

This rule establishes a standard that is mandatory for strollers and Compact black pushchair (http://mariskamast.net:/smf/index.php?action=profile;u=2893579) carriages in accordance with Section 104 of the Danny Keysar Act on Child Product Safety Notifications as amended by the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008(CPSIA). The rule incorporates the most recent voluntary standard, ASTM F833-13b developed by the American Society for Testing and Materials. It also sets out requirements and testing methods to minimize the risk caused by these products. CPSC staff worked closely with ASTM stakeholders to create this rule.
