WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades will give you a an increase in specific stats. Each upgrade increases the item level by +3. Each upgrade also boosts an unspecified substat.

They can be purchased by players through Best item upgrader upgrader NPCs in exchange for different currencies, and may also be found in random treasure lists.
