When we looked at the 11S it was able to perform well on bare floors and a carpet that was medium with cat hair. It did not perform well on carpets with high pile and had a tougher time dealing with heavier debris, such as cat litter and cereal. However, it still did better than most of its competitors. It also was able to climb over low lying obstructions like cords with ease. It also avoided pet hair stuck on the brushes and wheels.

One thing we did notice is that it didn't do as great in dealing with dog hair as the other models we tried, but the amount of hair was significantly lower than what we observed in other tests. The 11S has its limitations including not being able schedule and having a small range of voice commands. However, these are minor concerns.

While the 11S is a good choice, we do recommend looking into other robot vacuums that offer higher-end features. For instance the iRobot Roomba 960 is better-built, easier to maintain, has a larger dirt compartment and a quicker recharge time, and has smart pathing and better performance on all surface types than the eufy. The iRobot is also able to remove more pet hair and also has a longer list of functions that could help you with your home automation.
